I think it's safe to say that little elements in life certainly make a difference to your eating disorder.
I joined a few more people on instagram and other places and basically came to the conclusion I could be pushing myself a little bit more.My diet is still very calorie controlled, weighing every food out and calculating to the decimal point!!. I have realised other recovers actually try and eat really scary foods, like biscuits etc but every time I try a new food its still the healthiest version...I have an obsession with being healthy :(
I'm not going to make myself feel like I've wasted time trying my fear foods because every one is different and have different fear food :p so I have tried PASTA which I was scared about.
Anways, I also ordered a crop top which actually made me feel okay about my stomach as normally I think its bloody massive.
Positive thinking will get me through this right?!?!?!!!!!
