Homemade Biscuit!

Recently decided I needed to challenge myself with weekly fear foods. My ED made me want to make it 'healthy' and home-made, so I guess in that way I'm still not being completely risky but its still a start!. 
The recipe I made totally at random after research on vegan recipes, as these didn't include dairy produce turned out to be actually tasty!

Made 1 biscuit- 200 Calories


18g Dates

3 tbsp water
30g Rolled Oats
8g Sultanas/ Raisins or whatever you want to add 
2 tsp cinnamon ( or to your taste )
1/2 tsp of salt

1. Blend dates in food processor with water until smooth ( will look a bit lumpy but thats okay)

2. Add rest of ingredients in processor 
3. Press into one biscuit on baking paper   
4. Put into pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 minutes till golden brown

It was a really tasty without adding unnecessary ingredients!
